Pablo Gonzalez, as co-founder of the company, brings more than 10 years of construction services expertise, which he has resolved to focus on sustainable evolution. As a Professional Engineer, General Contractor and roofing consultant, he has surveyed more than 40 million square feet of roofs for commercial establishments, government buildings, and school districts and has been involved in numerous construction projects. He plays a very important roll ensuring that Generasol attends efficiently to the structural and/or water infiltration requirements involved in each project. His responsibilities include the execution of company policies, procedures and installation practices, as well as commercial sales and project management.

JUAN CARVAJALES

Juan Carvajales, a company’s co-founder, is a marketing expert with more than 12 years of experience in sales management and product development, who basically decided to turn green. Several years back, he shifted his entrepreneurial focus towards the environment, which he reinforced with studies in Green Roofs, Home Energy Efficiency, and Solar Energy. His enthusiasm towards the benefits of Solar Energy will establish Generasol as a leading PV Systems Integrator, through geographic market expansion in both the Southeast of the United States and throughout Latin America. His responsibilities include managing Generasol’s team of Energy Consultants, and developing the infrastructure and methodology needed to meet the company’s aggressive growth goals.

JAMES PINON

James Pinon is our expert in Grid-Tied Photovoltaic Systems including Article 690 of the NEC (Solar Photovoltaic Systems). His extensive experience in solar renewables includes more than 500KW worth of installed PV systems in the USA, Mexico, and South America; currently, he also serves as an instructor for workshops at the Solar Living Institute in Hopland, California, which he has chosen as “a way of giving back”. He is one of Generasol’s top guarantees to ensure that the company delivers the best performance based PV systems. His responsibilities include design and supervision of our Grid-Tied projects.

JAKE TUCKER
SOLAR PROJECT MANAGER
Jake Tucker is one of our key Solar Project Managers and our ground pole to the environment. For the past 12 years he has been the habitat restoration expert for the Environmental Center of Miami Dade College and he’s also a consultant to the Earth Ethics Institute. A recipient of the Project Learning Tree and Master Naturalist certificates from University of Florida, Tucker's most recent addition to his environmentally focused goals is sustainable energy.
